GETTING TO KNOW THE ROADS
After getting the new WAJA which my parents got for me, I have been getting to know my way around here.
Yes, I have had to travel quite a bit, be it for work, for practises, for school, or for fun.
I now know (also thanks to Elaine who has taught me how to go around) how to go to several important destinations:
1. KLIA
2. KL City
3. Petaling Jaya
4. Sunway
5. Subang
6. Wangsa Maju
7. Setapak
8. Ampang
9. the Pandan areas
10. Cuepecs
11. Kajang
12. Klang
13 Genting Highlands
14. Tun Razak area
15. Sg. Long
16. All major shopping centres
And I realized lately, I do not get lost that easily anymore :) No matter where I am, I know how to get out and find my way home. I used to panic, driving around unfamiliar places, trying to find the CHERAS signboard.. but, now, it seems so much easier. I know which highway leads to which area, which road leads to which turning, which Toll to go to, where the cheaper Tolls are... not too bad for a Sabahan living in this concrete jungle.
(by the way, my student in Subang, asked me if I lived on trees in Sabah... HEH!)
